Auto-assign Payment to Multiple Receipts

You can now easily auto-assign the payment to multiple receipts. Earlier you had to assign the receipts individually which now has an extension of multiple receipt postings too from the city ledger of the POS eZee BurrP!.

Notification of Indent Dismissal

When any indents were dismissed, you weren’t aware of that as you didn’t get any notification. To keep you aware and updated the system has been enhanced so that you receive Dismissal Notification in Forward Indent store of the POS system as and when any Received Indent is dismissed by your restaurant staff.

Set Colors For Menu Items

You can set different colors for myriad menu items easily using the option of Set Colors for menu items in the POS system.

Renamed Shift Report as ‘Daily Time Sheet’

You will notice that the Shift Report ‘Summary’ is replaced with ‘Daily Time Sheet’ in the POS system.

Get Consolidated KOT For Captain Printers

You can now easily get the consolidated Kitchen-Order-Ticket from captain printers. This enhancement will simplify your task of printing right from the captain printers connected to POS eZee BurrP!

BIR Reports Modified

To enhance the user experience from now on you can see enhancements made in the below BIR reports and in operation for Philippines clients:
1.Tax analysis report
2.Cashier Sales report.
3.Receipt wise tax Detail report.
4.Senior citizen Discount Report.

Several Enhancements in eZee Sync

You can witness several enhancements in eZee Sync as below:
POS will synchronize only unit prices once menu prices have been modified from existing menu items in form HO and synchronized outlet.
When a new item is created, It will synchronize the information to respected outlets like:
1. Modifier groups name, modifier items name, and KOT printer name from HO.
2. Will synchronize the modifier name along with printing on receipt and KOT.
3. Will allow to list out the items in alphanumeric order or only the newly created items.
4. Allows you to select for synchronizing required setting/details for newly created items.
5. Allow synchronizing void items, KOTs, and receipts from the outlet to HO.

Automatic Updates Enabled

From 6.1.209.5 version as and when any SQL version is installed, then the system will automatically update the files during the Service pack update so that the backup will be taken smoothly.

Update in eZee Sync

Whenever you update eZee Sync now, it will not synchronize the BOM of the menu item when menu item rates are updated and synchronized.

  • A new option named “Store name change” has been added to BOM in advance configuration settings of back office.

Four user privilege options available for splitting of receipt

POS has improved user privileges for different operations. Splitting of receipt can be done in four different ways

  • Split by category
  • Split by quantity
  • Split by amount
  • Split by equally

There are restrictions that user cannot punch quantity less than 1 or a decimal number when using split by equally option or for change quantity box when taking an order.

Manage guest database for iMenu

We have an enhancement feature that lets you manage guest database for iMenu orders in eZee Burrp.

  • We’ve customized Mini sales report, from now on it will show Net amount field and Gross amount field.
  • Few changes are done in POS to ABS interface, from now, posting account will be compulsory to validate the interface.

We have implemented 4 Taxes for the Point-of-Sale store operations which is required for Purchase Order and Goods Received Notes. These taxes can be administered for getting accurate billings.

We’ve enhanced Kitchen Display System (KDS) in such a way that now you’ll be able to print the same message which the system displays when the order is received on one terminal. This is will enable time saving on POS operations.

We’ve added a provision in eZee BurrP! to check the working date on server machine and compare it with the client machine. Notification alerts are sent to user to restart the software and to align with the working dates on same network.

  • We have developed a report for waiter commission based on the cap set for that waiter.
  • We have added HSN code field for Store Item, Menu Items, Purchase Order and GRN and the same will be reflected on the receipts.
  • We have introduced the include and exclude tax settings for the Issue voucher.
  • We have added Search field in Inventory Management Module which makes item search easier for the users.
  • We have made an enhancement in eZee Call Center such that, now you’ll be able to see the recipe and ingredients of the menu items, which can be enabled or disabled by the settings provided.
  • We have enhanced the receipt template for category-wise grouping.
  • We have added the privilege “Allow to settle with Other settlement type” in POS back office for the users who wants to give discount based on the loyalty card. This will enable payment only through loyalty card and rest of the payment will not be allowed to process.
  • We have made an enhancement in the Advance report. Now it will display the date on which the advance order was taken and when was the advance order included. The report will bifurcate advance order, record details for Sales Report with A/R and A/P.
  • The Void Receipt [Detail] in summary will now display the Receipt Discount column, which was missing previously.

Modifier Groups Show Inactive Modifier Items

Add Contact Information On-the-go!

Up til now, whenever you selected a table and opened the Guest Information window, you could search for the guest name from the guest database and fill in the required information for the table.

But, the system did not allow you to add new contact information if required on the go from that window. Now, from this version update; we have added a button of ‘New’ in the window which will allow you to add another contact information right from there.

Stay Updated On Inactive Modifier Items

From now onward, in the restaurant POS software; whenever you add modifier items in the modifier group, the system will not allow you to de-activate any modifier items which are already in use.

But, if the modifier item has not been used for sometime, you will be able to set it as inactive. Additionally, the system will reflect the inactive modifier items in the modifier group list.

Change Vendor For Multiple Items Simultaneously

In the Market List feature of eZee BurrP!, you will now be able to change the vendor names of multiple items at once; letting you purchase the items from different vendors as per their supply and rates.

  • We have added a new filter of ‘Discount Type’ in all the discount related reports for better clarification.
  • Only authorized users will now be able to change the scanned GRN document.

Item Commission Now In Reports

Uptil now, the system used to allow to add commission in form of percentage or amount for a particular item. But, the same was not reflected in any reports generated from the system. As a result, one could not keep track of the commission charged on each menu item.

Eradicating that issue, we have added a new option of ‘Show Commission’ on Menu Item report, which when enabled will display the commission against each menu item listed in the report.
